Costa Kladianos – Owner and Head Trainer

As owner and founder of Tempus Performance, Costa’s focus is on getting athletes strong and explosive. Having been mentored by the strength and conditioning coach Matt Nichol from the Toronto Maple Leafs and serving as his Assistant, he brings a mix of personal experience and evidence based training systems to help athletes perform to their potential. He has developed his systems with years of experience and study having trained athletes from the NHL,NBA, MLB, UFC, Glory Kickboxing, Canadian National Women's Soccer Teams and Canadian Junior National Men's Baseball Team.

In a little over 5 years he has developed Tempus into one of the leading High Performance Athletic companies in North America. Having recently added a personal training division Costa and his trainers are able to bring the systems that keep athletes in shape and healthy, into the general population.

All trainers at Tempus have been instructed and trained by Costa  using his unique and challenging methods and systems to make sure clients get the results they want in an environment that's second to none!



Ian Warner, ISSA, PTS - Speed Coach

As a football coach for over 12 years and a track coach for 25. Ian has developed a strong reputation for turning teams around from poor performers into playoff and Olympic calibre. Ian has been instrumental in the athletic careers of his 2 sons with Ian Jr a nationally ranked Sprinter on the NCAA circuit and Justyn an Olympian sprinter and anchor of the Canadian  Mens relay team. Ian knows how to get athletes fast and quick and we are lucky to have him bring that knowledge to our athletes at Tempus.

The Facility

Located in the Toronto Soccerplex, Tempus Performance is a no nonsense, no frills fitness facility that is designed to get results! We believe in the use of free weights, medballs and bands to get athletes strong and fast. No fancy machines here! In addition to our weight room, we have access to 4 indoor turf fields where our athletes run, jump, pull and push to get more explosive!
